where the process is the broadcast.
Streaming a residency turns the working session into the work. There is no edit, no retake, and the audience watches the failures at full length.

Twitch is an odd venue for research and a surprisingly good one. The format rewards duration, tolerates dead air, and produces an audience that genuinely wants to see how something is built.
It is closer to a studio visit than to a festival.
