where what the audience does is the only score the piece has.
AIEP works between choreography and technology. Here the system reads the room and answers in real time, so no two runs resolve the same way.
We handled technical direction and the build: sensing, real-time engine, and the calibration that lets a live piece survive an audience.

Live work has no undo. Sensor placement, latency budget, fallback behaviour — all of it decided against a room full of people who will not wait.
The calibration is as much the piece as the code is.
