Sintra
Sintra is the studio's own agent. It sits in the studio chat and answers the questions that would otherwise be somebody's afternoon: what a job has cost so far, who logged what, which invoice is missing, whether the servers are up.
Every system the studio runs is attached to it, and all of it runs on the studio's own machines.

Chat, CRM, hours, files, code, image generation: nothing is rented as a service, everything is run in house and wired to the same agent, so the studio's data stays where the studio is.
A question in chat becomes a chain of calls. It reads the budgets, the timesheets and the mail, then answers in one line. What it is allowed to touch, and on whose behalf, is written in code rather than in a policy.
