A generative visual identity for T94 with Grace Brigade,
run as a content stream rather than a fixed set of assets.
T94 needed a look capable of producing itself continuously — stills, posts, and motion coming out of one system instead of one art direction session.
We defined the rules and the visual vocabulary, then built the pipeline that turns them into publishable material on demand.

An identity that outputs continuously has to fail gracefully. Most generations are discarded, and the system should make discarding them cheap.
