Vedove & Draghi
Tazizine is a Milan zine about the city's own culture. This issue is about the drinking fountains on its street corners, which the Milanese call vedovelle, widows, for the water that never stops running, and draghi verdi, green dragons, for the cast-iron head of the spout.
The images were generated, then printed. Material made for screens, with no fixed size and no ink, went through a process that keeps only what holds on paper.

Everything ambiguous about the images was flattened on the way. The fountains that survived are the ones the city would recognise.
