Santa Croce

The work tells the village from above and from inside: why this site became a reference point for the whole valley, and what it feels like to stand there now.

We wrote the script, produced the film, and designed the installations that hold it in place on site.

Public commissions of this kind usually end as a video nobody visits. This one had to work for people already standing in the place it describes.

So it stays short, stays quiet, and points outward rather than at itself.
