translated out of InDesign and into something that works in a browser.
The layouts arrived as print documents, curated by Studio Dondina and designed for a page rather than a screen.
We rebuilt them as a proper UX/UI flow in Figma and handled the entire development, keeping the typographic intent intact across breakpoints.

A graphic design festival is the hardest possible audience for a graphic design website. Every typographic compromise is visible to everyone attending.
So the type system came first and the layout was built to serve it, rather than the other way round.
