Hyperlocal
A brand system for Hyperlocal with Zero.eu,
designed around city-level content that changes faster than any guideline can.

Zero covers culture at neighbourhood resolution. The system had to hold across cities, formats, and a publishing rhythm that never stops, without collapsing into template.
We built a flexible identity with fixed structural rules and deliberately loose surfaces, so editorial teams could move quickly without drifting.
Identity applied across city editions and editorial formats.
The failure mode for a system like this is not ugliness, it is sameness — every city ending up as the same page with a different name.
So the rules govern structure and leave the surface open. Local teams get room to be specific without the whole thing coming apart.
