App & CRM
Particle is a Milan-based platform that brings art and culture into everyday life: an app for audiences, and Particle for Creators, the tools galleries and institutions use to publish and run their programmes.
Four of its parts are gathered here: an AI assistant, a world map of events, a token system, and a CRM for events.
Ask Particle, and the Iperspazio map.
Ask Particle answers questions about artworks in plain language, drawing on what institutions hold beyond the wall label: provenance, restoration records, curatorial notes. The same story can be retold for a child, a curious visitor or a specialist, and translated on the spot.
Everything around the model was designed with it: how institutional content is prepared and retrieved, and the interface that asks the questions. It lives inside the Particle app, and each institution decides what of its own material the assistant is allowed to draw on.
Iperspazio is Particle's own word for culture as a space you move through. The map is where that becomes literal: events and activities published on Particle, placed on a world map and browsed like any map app, from the next street to the other side of the world.
Tokens are the collectible layer. Attending an event or engaging with a creator earns one, and each token carries benefits set by whoever runs the programme.

The CRM: lists, invitations, sending, RSVP and pass.
The CRM is Particle's own tool for running events, and it follows a guest from the first invitation to the door. Contacts arrive from the app or from an import, are cleaned into lists and segmented, and every list carries its own permissions, so the people running an event and the people hosting it never see the same thing.
Invitations go out in tiers, with newsletters and reminders drawn from the same contacts. Each reply becomes a pass with a QR code, good for entry and re-entry, and a live dashboard follows confirmations and check-ins while the evening happens.
We designed the product end to end, from the data model to the screens used at the door.
