built for a programme that changes shape while it is running.
Festival sites have two lives: months of anticipation, then a few days of frantic reference. The structure had to serve both without becoming two sites.
We designed and built it across mobile and desktop, with the programme as the spine.
Programme views, mobile and desktop.
The mobile case is the real one. During the festival nobody opens a laptop; they check a phone in a queue.
So the schedule loads first and puts whatever is happening next at the top.
